FEATURES

• Products to be wrapped are positioned onto the machine feeding belt.
• Unit forming a layer of products;
• Stacking unit where the various layers of products are stacked;
• Carriage unit where the group of products is gathered;
• The pusher moves the preformed pack to the wrapping area consisting of a forming tube (like in vertical packaging machines) that closes the pack fully, and then to the film sealing area;
• The wrapped pack is led through the shrink tunnel by a conveyor belt, then it gets out and is cooled always while on the conveyor belt.

The F50-70C machine is used in case of pillow bags, to avoid product fall during the passage inside the heat shrink tunnel.
