FEATURES

• Products to be wrapped arrive in a single row and are positioned onto the machine feeding belt.
• Products are stopped by an adjustable slide in the forming area.
• A timed photocell opens the adjustable slide only when it recognises that the minimum load of products has been reached. Products are positioned in front of the pusher where a second timed photocell gives an immediate start for their forward movement.
• The pusher moves the preformed pack to the double-reel wrapping and film sealing areas.
• The wrapped pack is led through the shrink tunnel by a conveyor belt, then it gets out and is cooled always while on the conveyor belt.

 

To meet customers' needs, the SFE series is equipped with various optional units on request, and can be used in various sectors (rice, coffee, cans, bottles, etc..).
